Parents and students welcome to Fourth Grade!

Hello, my name is Epifania (Bonnie) Hernandez, I am on my twenty first year as a teacher here at Mission CISD and my seventeenth year at Escobar/Rios Elementary. I have a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University. I love dogs, books, traveling, Starbucks, Chic-Fil-A, and BBQ. My favorite color is blue and favorite sport is baseball.

 

This year I will be your child's Math and Science teacher. I encourage you to have your child come to school everyday if possible. I also would like for you to have your child read their library books at home daily, for 20 minutes. Students that meet their AR goals every reporting period will be rewarded.
